The honest answer is that it depends on what the tool did to your face. Redrawing you is a problem. Relighting and cropping the photo you actually took is not.

People can usually sense a generated portrait without being able to say why. The tells are specific, and some come from ordinary retouching pushed too far rather than from generation.
